How long before I see results?
That will always be dictated by your adherence to the plan provided and your communication during the process.You will feel better within the first 1-2 weeks, and can expect to notice some visible changes within 2-4 weeks.The minimum recommended commitment is 6 months - that's how long it takes to build the habits that will last.
How much time do I need to dedicate per week?
